How To Save Money $$$ On Weekends
Want more ideas on what to do over the weekend? Women always blame the guys for no romance, no ideas of where to go, what to eat and many many more. Well, although I am a woman, I sometimes do think that woman can be fussy in their own ways because I am also like this. Hahaha...
Here are some ideas for you to save $$$ when you are having a date with your gorgeous lady.
- Sick of having dinner at restaurant? how about have a romantic dinner at a beach?
It will just cost $10 for both of you to have dinner at a beach. Buy burgers or western food and drive into sentosa. Plug in some soothing music and have your food inside the car. If your car have those special table top behind, it would be even better. After that, stroll along the beach and tell the woman how much you love her.
- Prepare a beach mat and a bottle of wine with 2 wine glasses.
Lying under the sky and enjoy a bottle of red wine together is actually very relaxing and a heavenly treat. (Please remember to bring your wine glasses, don't expect it to be romantic when you drink from the bottle).
- Bake or Cook together with your love ones
Baking or cooking together can be a fun thing. Even though you do not know how to cook, it doesn't matter. Both of you can simply pick a recipe and learn together. The man can prepare the ingredients while the woman will do the cooking.
- Watch DVDs with your woman at home
Instead of going to cinema on weekdays, how about renting some DVDs and watch together at home.
- Do Sports like badminton, tennis or squash together
Doing sports together is good for your health and body. Most importantly, all these sports does not cost much.
There are actually 101 tips to save money on weekends. The above provided are my most frequently used methods. Enjoy!

Overall, I feel that if you are a meat lover, you may like this. I was eating heartily initially but got a bit sick of the meat towards the end. It is best accompanied with a glass of red wine while you are eating. When you reach home, make sure you drink some tea to digest your food and clear up some oil inside your stomach.
Rating: 3.5 for food, 3.5 ambience.

The taste was really irresistable and unforgettable.
Jerry has often been featured in media like Expat Magazine, The Finder, Wine and Dine, The Singapore American, Business Times, and the Straits Times. They have specially praised their tender aged steaks and succulent ribs that fall off the bone.

Asia Grand Restaurant at Odeon Towers
Have you been to Asia Grand Restaurant? I just went there last week. I heard that it was moved not long ago from Asia Hotel. The central air-conditioner was blasting high on their power. I would advise you to bring along a jacket if you are going there. The setting was nice and all the staffs are well trained with their customer's service. Our food was allocated proportionately without having the hassle to take the food yourself. Our plates was cleared almost everytime after we had our servings. Presentation and taste of the food was also great. The manager actually gave us a complimentary fruit upon our request. He immediately gave us without any hesitation.

Batam
Overall, I think Batam is a good place for spa and seafood. If you are looking a spa retreat getaway at a lower price, consider Batam as your option because the spas in singapore are mostly more than $150. With the same amount of money, you can get to enjoy spa and a truly relaxing getaway from singapore. However, if you are thinking of a shopping destination, I would advise you to go countries like Bangkok, Hongkong and Taipei where you can source for cheap deals instead. How about going there during the labour day period with your loved ones? Both of you can do spa together in a couple's room? Great idea? Most likely, I will try cable ski next time. :)

Food At KTM Resort
Here are some of the pictures to share with all of you. The food at KTM Resort was quite cheap. We ordered 8-9 dishes for about $90. The food tasted much more better than the 933 Golden Prawn.

Batam Spa Villa
These are some of the pictures taken at Batam Spa Villa. Here is my personal feedback about them...... I felt very welcomed by them upon arrival and their customer service were very good. The Masseuse that did the massage for me was professional and skillful. Batam Spa Villa was just opened for a year, so in terms of overall setting, this place is still very new and clean.
What is there to hype about this place? Hmmm, I got to enjoy hydrotherapy bath with the sea view and breeze. Soothing music was plugged in with the sound of waves when I was enjoying the whole process. Ginger Tea was served to warm my body after the massage. Two words, "Shiok lah!"
Well, most likely the next time i go Batam, I will just either choose to stay at Harris Resort or Hotels in Town because I really do not like their rooms and arrange a 3 hour spa treatment at Batam Spa Villa since I find it really okay. Anyway, I was told transport could be arranged if you are interested to visit their spa from other hotels. Advance Booking should be made to avoid any disappointment!
