He was pronounced dead after he arrived LA hospital. He was already unresponsive on the way to hospital. Michael is suppose to play 50 sell-out shows at London's O2 Arena starting in July, but Michael had already postponed the first few nights' shows amid claims he was suffering health problems.
Earlier this year, He was seen visiting doctors three times in one week and rumours was spreading that he was battling skin cancer.
Michael Jackson had also won 197 major awards during his 45-year career.
